Bill Lance
Founder
1931 - 2002
Bill Lance, a native Arizonan, was born in Tucson and
began his bricklaying apprenticeship in 1950, and
completed in 1953. Bill moved to Phoenix in 1958 and
continued his trade until August, 1966 when he and his
wife Roma started Roma Masonry. Bill was the Chief
Consultant on company operations.
Bill was heavily involved in the Masonry Industry in
Arizona. He was a member of on several industry-related
boards, and has promoted the Masonry Industry by serving
as the Editor/Publisher of Trade newsletters.
Bill's spirit, his work ethic, and integrity continue
to inspire the staff at Roma Masonry.

Roma Lance
President
Roma Lance is a second generation Phoenician, Roma's
grandparents arrived in Phoenix in 1910. Roma paints as a
hobby when she finds time, which is not too often. Her
company duties as President take up most of her time.
The complete administrative system for Roma Masonry,
Inc. is handled by Roma with very little outside help.
The number of company employees varies with the
workload.

Dwayne Lance
Vice President and Qualifying Partner
Dwayne began working at Roma Masonry part time when he
was 16, during the summers and on weekends. After
graduating from high school, he worked full time, serving
his apprenticeship with Local #3 - J.A.T.C. During
apprenticeship he began training as a foreman on various
jobs. He is now in his 37th year working as a foreman and
project manager with Roma Masonry.

Don White,
Project Manager and Chief Estimator
Don served his bricklaying apprenticeship with William
Birmingham, Masonry Contractor, who was his grandfather.
His father was Kenny White, a long time friend of Bill
Lance, who was the supervisor for the Birmingham company.
He also taught Don masonry estimating. After Kenny pased
on Don continued as a masonry estimator and worked for
several different companies in that category and still
continues to do so. He has been with Roma Masonry since
1988, and is considered to be among the very best in the
masonry estimating field.

Jennifer Lance-Cave
Controller
Jennifer serves as the Controller at Roma Masonry. She
brings with her sixteen years of experience in the field.
Her duties include being responsible for the General
Ledger, performing bank reconciliations, composing
quarterly reports, calculating qurterly tax returns, and
sales taxes.

Bill Braswell,
Equipment Technician
Bill started with Roma Masonry 27 years ago. He is the
master at keeping the Roma Masonry
equipment in working order.

|
Roma Masonry has a nucleus of experienced
estimators, supervisors and foremen who have been with the company
for much of their professional careers. Our company has always
attracted the highest quality personnel. We are proud of all of
our people, and feel that they contibute to our professionalism,
